Dark-colored SUV pulls up, parks, and the driver steps out and crosses the street, leaving his car on and his door open. He is very tall and lanky, probably about 6'5.
He approaches another car purposefully, sticks his entire torso through the open driver's side window, and does...something. It was dark, and I couldn't really see, but I was walking by.
He was completely unperturbed by me, so I'm hoping I wasn't a witness to a crime.
