"Did you see that? What that Hummer just did? Why do I get moving violations and that guy zooms off?"
"Well, I think that's technically legal. Though not advised, and kind of a dick thing to do. Kind of like driving a Hummer, I guess."

Well, now it's the first post to have both a front page and personal blog set of entries, each with its own comments. To infinity and beyond!
Huh?

why's this one hiding in the personal blog section?

Oh well.

Did the guy drive up on to the curb to flip a bitch? I've seen SUV's do that since their turning radii (sp? help) is crap. And I don't think it is illegal but it sure as hell not advised.

D'oh.

It's hiding in personal blog because it's been so long since I've posted that I've forgotten how to update my own damn site. Tragic, I tell you. One sec and we'll frontpage it. :-)

Well, posting it here is technically legal.

Bad drivers... don't get me started. My favorite is the "right turn without actually looking right" maneuver so deftly and commonly executed by about 90% of all drivers all the time. It makes riding a bike in traffic an exercise in paranoia. Once I stood at an intersection and watched helplessly as a woman on the other side of the street blithely rolled her stroller (kid inside) into the street at a red light, just as an equally oblivious driver swung into the lane right beside her and, without even slowing...

Don't worry. The kid was okay-- no thanks to either of those two lunatics.

And that's why I hate people. (I could end every post like this.)
