For spelling obedience with an "a."

My cubicle neighbor is trying to tell me that they could get arrested "quicker 'n a bunny" for blocking up traffic. He may have a point about the car in the passing lane, since it's clearly not passing anyone, but I think the rest of them are in the clear.
