You know what's even sadder, when that 5year old grows up, she'll have to tell her mum, "You know, I'm not made of money."
As a veteran of many such child-funded shopping trips, it never fails to piss me off when people say, "Oh _you're_ paying for your mum! Wonder what she had to do to get that?"
Is it that hard to understand, that in this technologically advanced age, sometimes the young computer literate do have more money? And sometimes we're even nice to the elderly.
