I marinated a beef tenderloin in soy, red wine and ginger and broiled it, and made stuffed potatoes (stuffed with the innards whipped up with sour cream, chives, cheddar and bacon). I also steamed some broccoli and served it with Chimay Grand Reserve.

It was *very* well received and rewarded...
