Valentine's day menu

So here's what I'm making for dinner tonight.
Lobster Flambe
Asparagus with garlic, lemon and olive oil
Oyster mushrooms with garlic, shallots and butter
and wild rice.

With a nice Merryvale Starmont Chardonnay. And a nice cognac to finish off the night.
