Hmm... perhaps a very cheesy sauce, a ricotta/mozzarella blend perhaps, instead of tomato sauce. Yes, ham would be nice mixed in with that. Perhaps a layer of sausage. Top it with cheddar cheese. Anyone know how eggs would stand up to being baked in a lasagne?

Anyway, I don't think it's "wrong" because I think most of the ingredients would be usual breakfast stuff. Just toss it between a few layers of pasta.

I could go for some breakfast lasagne myself.
