According to what I've been able to find out, if you had an old Tandy system it couldn't process the code in the I Love You virus, so it dumped it out on the screen as a string of text that read fhqwhgadshgnsdhjsdbkhsdabkfabkveybvf. So apparently Strong Bad was responding to the I Love You virus- which somehow makes it seem even funnier to me...
